9set the metadata_processed flag in layers table
10execute an svn up on the atlas.planyukon.ca server
11verified the layer has been processed through the  layer_list online tool
12add the .lay file to a test.map and verify that a map image is created for the data with the  shp2img utility
13if the layer is part of a published theme, verify that no warnings exist in the WMS  GetCapabilities request
